Foodie Friday: A Delicious Non Burger, Burger

I didn’t take a picture, sorry.  Nice food pictures are very hard to take.  Tonight, I made my family cheeseburgers.  But for me I made a fried egg, with American Cheese, sauteed onions, and sauteed mushrooms.  I left it open, so the top of the bun not used.  It was delicious!  I didn’t want the extra calories from the other part of the bun, or I could have eaten like a cheeseburger.  This non burger, burger only had 180 calories, and I had some chunked watermelon with it.  I will definitely be making this again.  It has protein, but not too much protein, perfect for CKD.  Watch the cheese, though.  I have been exercising, and sweating daily, so I am losing sodium through sweat.  Leave the cheese off if you need to watch your sodium closely.  Also could do egg whites, instead of whole egg, add spinach, etc.
